The Autobiography of God

The autobiography of God was written on the road from the Crucifixion to the Resurrection. It is ironic but the Word of God (John 1:1) wasn't an author. He was a carpenter (Mark 6:3). The carpenter did not write his autobiography in words. The carpenter built his Autobiography in deeds. Our God, while he was human, alive, tender, vulnerable and our guest upon the earth, partook in a dramatic demonstration of divinity. On the road from the Crucifixion to the Resurrection, Jesus and the evil that we did to him met in a violent collision. The violence of the collision was bigger than the Big Bang and larger than CERN'S Large Hadron Collider. The incandescent truth that emerged from the violent collision illuminated the darkness of our understanding of God in a glorious burst of epiphany.

What was the incandescent truth that emerged from the violent collision?

Forgiveness.

On the road from the Crucifixion to the Resurrection, Jesus was baptized in the Valley of Tears. To the boiling pot of his baptism, we contributed torture, suffering, killing and death. He contributed forgiveness. Our contributions were asymmetric - radically asymmetric. To know forgiveness is to know God.

Forage for the knowledge of God on the road from the Crucifixion to the Resurrection.
